At 1pm today……

……. Hannah officially “left” primary education, never having been in it :-). I can remember the first day, panic stricken at the decision we’d made, when we took the requisite photos at the front door – only she was going to the Science Museum with her doll, rather than off to school in her uniform. And here we are, 7 years later. I should do an emotional post, but don’t seem to ever have time just now, though we’ve enjoyed a wander through the archives of Home Educating Hannah together 🙂 So a special thanks to those who’ve walked the journey with us, who’ve provided a better form of school gate support in cyber form than I would have dreamed possible. And a special love in to the original members of the MP blog ring. You know who you are. Warm fuzzies to you all 🙂

Violet’s got about another 3 weeks down here, lol, but I think we made the decision a few months before you 😉 I can’t remember having NOT known you in my virtual HE life – looking forward to spending the next 7 years with you too xxxx

Congratulations!! Although I refuse to believe she is old enough to have left primary 😉

LOL, Ros, that does seem on the one hand just yesterday, on the other a life time ago. And kirsty – old in fact to have left primary, as she would only have missed the entry date for P1 by 3 days, so would always have been the oldest in her year.
